Doesn’t work for chafing
I run several times a week and prefer to run in shorts, but that can mean thigh chafing. I applied this balm “liberally” as per the directions, but felt no benefit at all, even immediately after applied. Actually, on first application it feels slightly tacky and does not ‘glide’ at all. After a 6km run, it had all sweated off, leaving white residue down my legs, so probably worse than not using anything at all. Would not recommend.
