Excellent product and good value for money 👍

Large strong well built safe very good value for money. Inside is large and perfect to store valuable items. Lock is good however the number pad layout is poor. Once you get used to it it's fine but it's bot in the normal number pad layout.

Good value product however it was cosmetically damaged when I opened the box. As this is a replacement for a faulty item which I had to wait all day for, I do not wish to replace it, or have a refund. I would rather keep it as it does the job, but I am disappointed about the cosmetic damage and there appears to be no way to report this.

Perfect for our use

This very basic safe , has problems. There is only 1 bolt for fixing! It can't change the combination ( the instructions are to press the red button) the red button is very loose. The fireproof strip inside the door came off. It's also very difficult trying to get intouch with a human being to explain the problems.

The product overall is very good, I like the fire insulation lining and can see it is a superior product to many others that are just metal boxes. BUT the single bolt fixing to the floor is just not adequate. Only one bolt is provided and only one pre drilled hole. I have no confidence that this is secured to the floor. Pre drilled holes for 4 bolts to the floor and some holes for screws into the wall would be so easy to do and provide. Come on manufacturer this would make a good product into an excellent one.

Good, Just as advertised

It was exactly what I suspected. The only thing I suggest is buying a better concrete insert to Mountain to the concrete floor.

L'unica pecca di questa cassaforte sono le cerniere esterne, ma è bella robusta..acquistata su warehouse a 250€ circa, a quella cifra non si trova di meglio con questa dimensioni vi assicuro..aveva solo un graffietto sulla parte superiore destra ma che non ne comprometteva minimamente l'utilizzo..

When the battery gets to about 7.20v, the safe will not open given the correct code. Otherwise, it seems to act pretty normally. Replacing the batter restores proper function. The code is not lost with battery change. Manual states: • When the battery runs out, the red light will light on together with the green light after input the correct security code. Then you will need to replace the battery I did not remember. Pretty good safe. I wouldn't trust it for 30 minutes with a determined junkie, but it might be okay for a while in a mild house fire.
