Seal It Green 100% Biodegradable Composite Deck Cleaner For the Home owners that had composite decking sold as maintenance free, by now you know there is maintenance. and Composite decking can actually be harder to clean and maintain than wood. Not to fret we have worked with Trex, Timbertech and many other composite type decking.to provide an easy cleaning and easy sealer to make maintenance easy. Coverage: - 2lbs will treat 600-800 sq ft - 4lbs will treat 1,200-1,600 sq ft - 10lbs will treat 3,000-4,000 sq ft - 40lbs will treat 12,000-16,000 sq ft Uses: This special formula penetrates the composite decking surfaces and uses oxygen bubbles to lift oil, grease, mold, mildew or any dirt or grime to the surface for easy cleaning. Use to clean composite decks, docks, furniture or anywhere composite wood decking is used. Directions: Dissolve 3/4 cup of Seal It Green Composite Clean per gallon of hot water. Stir the solution in hot water until the solution is fully dissolved. You can use a broom, garden sprayer, or power washer as this saves time and energy. Scrub and rinse the deck clean before it dries. Leave the solution on your deck for at least 30 minutes to an hour. Use a broom to remove heavy dirt and debris or use a light pressure washer (no scrubbing needed). To rinse use clean water thoroughly or use a light pressure washer. If pressure washer is not available use a hose; scrubbing while rinsing with a hose might be necessary.
