I take half the amount at one time ( meaning I wont do a full dose at any single point in time) cuz it can change the color of your urine. I suggest if you're taking these that you also make sure to be eating properly and drinking plenty of water and fluids.This blends well in smoothies etc.It taste like a spoonful of salad that's been made into liquid. I can take it by itself but some cant cuz it reminds them of Flintstone vitamins 90s babies ate.I like the plant based in ingredients. I have plenty of digestive issues so I take this as a supplement for when my body decides it wont digest actual food. Doesnt mean dont eat just means that I got problems and this helps to address them.Got referred to this product by my pharmacist friend.

I try to take this every day. I started taking this because I've had low blood iron anemia and this seems to do the trick. I feel so much more energetic and better overall. It has a strong taste I don't care for, so I make a drink with one-third Kumbacha, two thirds water, and add a packet of and emergen-C. It's not cheap but well worth it for how much better I feel.

Really impressed with this blend so far. A simply capful of product gives the needed vitamins of the day. May not meet 100% of all needed vitamins, but at least it applies some really decent ingredients for a number of functions. Product came to be recommended from an associate, and it was worth it.

Tastes better than it looks. My only gripe is the omega 3-6-9 blend. It should only contain omega 3. We’re already overloaded with omega 6 and 9 in our crappy American food.Take after a good meal, or you WILL get sick.

Pleasant tasting and chocolate full of great nutrients. Mixes well with my diet Snapped but now I just drink it straight up from a shot glass. I had a DS Bariatric surgery 19 months ago and lost 135+ pounds. My blood labs have been great. I can't eat fresh vegetables so the plant based nutrients in Alive are a godsend. I will continue to use this product.

No matter what I do the bottle won’t stay clean and makes a mess in my fridge. It tastes like CRAP! I gave it a week. But I just couldn’t get used to the taste. I ended up buying a gummy multivitamin from my local store. Tossing into the trash ASAP. You couldn’t pay me to finish this bottle.
