I love this product. It comes with 2 different tips. One to add moisture to a dry nose and the other to do a nasal rinse very easily. Plus, the fluid doesn’t irritate my nose like some other brands do.

This product works fantastically given my deviated septum. It has helped kept me from getting sick without question. The only thing is that for the number of sprays you get, it is expensive. I use it once (seldomly twice) a week. I go through a bottle every month or so. Still worth it. A trip to the doctor and meds for sinus infections cost way more...as does lost time at work.

I buy this product routinely. I have terrible allergies all your long. If I go for a walk and come back sneezing, I head upstairs to the medicine cabinet and grab this. I use the large volume rinse tube for a few seconds in both nostrils, and the pollen (or whatever is causing the allergy reaction) is washed away. I don't have to worry about mixing saline salts with tap water, and I feel like this is safer. There are three tips, and I sometimes use the small or medium one if my sinuses are just feeling dry. I had surgery four years ago to correct my deviated septum and open up my nasal passages. It didn't go well. My nose actually fell apart when the surgeon tried to straighten the septum. As a result, the 1 hour surgery took 5 hours, and didn't have the results I had hoped for. This solution is such a big help for me, because it moistens my nasal passages and sinuses. At least it provides some relief! I am grateful that I found this.

I have chronic sinus issues (going to have my second surgery to attempt to correct in less than two weeks). Consistent use of this product + my Dr. prescribed Neilmed bottle sinus rinses twice a day have given me my sense of smell back - something that I have not had for most of the year (it is Sept as I write this). These bottles are very handy when you are traveling and don't have the ability to prepare a Neilmed bottle when you feel the need to rinse. I use them up to 3 times a day - only downside is that it has a drying effect on nasal passages and sinuses, but in my case, that was better than the sinus infections that antibiotics were useless against.
