Lovely couch firm but packaging led to damaged arms.
Sofas lovely but when I unpackaged the couch the legs were wedged in between the back sofa panel and the arms on both ends of the sofa. It’s left awful marks that have now popped back out after a week of having the sofa. I did take this up with amazon who have emailed the seller but I have had no contact from them. I wished to purchase two of these but fear the same will happen if I order another. Shame Cos they are lovely

Stylish compact sofa
Excellent service from the supplier and courier - they rang and emailed confirmation of the delivery day and time.Great little sofa - very good size for a limited space.Straightforward to assemble. The sofa feet are wood effect plastic but look very realistic. Overall the build quality seems good and well thought out.The seat cushions are quite firm when new but I expect them to soften over time.Excellent colour - I hope the fabric will be practical too and stand the test of time.This may not be a “solid”, heavy kind of sofa that will take everyday family use but it is exactly what I was looking for in a restricted space and I’m very glad I bought it.

Forgotten
Unfortunately my settee did not arrive on the day it was meant to 😭 had an email saying they would look into it which was lovely but I have not heard anything since and that was 4 days ago! Fingers cross I hear something soon .

Just the one complaint
Looks great arrived quickly and super easy to assemble. I do love this sofa and it is great value, unfortunately when assembled we did notice a few marks and scuffs on the velvet which was very disappointing

Beautiful little sofa
Beautiful little sofa, stunning colour, was very easy to assemble. Contacted from manufacturer to say what day it was going to be delivered and then an email came day before as promised giving 3 hour time slot which really helped.
