Fit perfect, very good price

Have never had to fit a toilet seat myself before but I found this to be fairly straightforward even with the basic instructions. You do need to get the two metal parts lined up fairly evenly for the seat to easily click into place, so a bit of readjustment may be needed. Not the perfect size, but for the price it will do! Shiny white, so looks good when the lid is down, but just be sure not to sit on the closed lid as the plastic isn't great quality and lacks sufficient sturdiness to take your weight. Button is useful for cleaning, although a bit plasticky. Overall good value for money at this price point.

This soft close toilet seat fits and works well and we have ordered a few for different bathrooms. One developed a fault with the soft close mechanism, and the customer service was absolutely brilliant, with a replacement sent as soon as I'd shared photos of the issue. It's always easy to be happy with a company when everything works well, so the real test is how they respond when things haven't gone quite so smoothly. This was definitely 5* customer service! The seat is sturdy, fits securely with no slipping, the soft close works without creaking noisily and I would definitely recommend this company for replacement seats.

Bought one of these to try out and it seemed like a good quality product. Bought another two this year. One is working fine but the one in the downstairs cloakroom is not. The seat drops slowly but not the lid. It comes crashing down. While this toilet got a bit more use than the bathroom there are only two of us living in this house so it should have lasted a lot longer. Pity, as I thought these were quite good up to this point.

It fits..it's easy to install..

This is really good value for money, works well still after months of using, no issues. The slow closing lid is very slow but it’s great if you have young kids who like to slam the lid!

Good for a replacement toilet seat, easy to install and pretty comfortable

As someone else said, the Holy Grail of toilet seats. I got D shape. Heavy proper solid toilet seat. Works a dream, hoping it lasts after having to send the useless, failing to slow close Storemic one back after a few weeks. This is the best, hubby fit in 20 mins and it's not slipping sliding or other and is a great fit on our 5 year old cheaper buy toilet. He said he did put something similar to a washer/grommet on as well to aid fit, but said it was good anyway. He says easy, and so it must be, because he always take an over long time normally, bless.
