Snip it up fine over salads and soups. Adds a strong salty flavor and packs a nutritional punch. Quality off the coast of Maine. (Worried about radioactive sea veggies from other places.) Never had a shell or problem with this brand. My mom has thyroid issues so I'm hoping to not follow: prevention is the best cure.

This is the best tasting Dulse I ever had. I use it in my smoothie every morning (Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie by Anthony William). I also sprinkle it on my salad etc. Plus it is Atlantic Dulse which means its way less contaminated then other Dulse. Thats Important for me.

When I bought this product, I was skeptical because of some comments here, but when I received it and tried it, I was very pleased with it!! It wasn’t smelly at all, taste is nice, consistency is nice too, and it arrived exactly as described. Very happy with my purchase. Will buy it again for sure!!

I use this in my morning smoothies. I am not a fan of these. I like the flakes better.

We discovered this while on a trip to the Bay of Fundy years ago, and I still order it all the time! A great snack packed with iodine and other minerals. It keeps for long periods of time, and even our dogs like it!
