I love this product. I find them very easy to swallow. I've been feeling so good since taking them. Some things that I read about pomegranates say that it can help with blood pressure. I don't know if this is true because I do not have a blood pressure issue. Thus Im can't speak on that. But Pomegranates are loaded with antioxidants, vitamins, potassium, folic acid and iron. What I appreciate about these is that they contain a minimum of 40% ellagitannins, which are converted into ellagic acid by the body. And when laboratory studies were conducted it showed that ellagic acid is a powerful antioxidant that supports DNA integrity and promotes overall cell health. It's also free of: Yeast, dairy, egg, gluten, corn, soy, wheat, sugar, starch, salt, preservatives, artificial color, flavor and fragrance.

I struggle with hypertension this has helped lower my blood pressure. Its a fantastic product. You will definitely get the desired results you want. Great brand as well.

pom pills are good for my heallth
excellent quality product. but need a slick coating or to be in a capsule. i can't swallow them. i dump out mega mineral capsules, and push these into them, for my throat to accept them. i take 2 pom pills every morning and every evening. i stay healthier with them, than without them.
