What is the temperature rating on this bag?

There is no temperature rating for the Thule stroller footmuff sport. This product is good for cooler to cold weather conditions as it contains a fleece-lined interior to keep little ones more comfortable.

Does this work with other strollers that are not Thule? I am hoping to use it with a bumbleride jogging stroller.

It certainly can - the straps may not configure exactly, but certainly can be used.
