It does the job
I had a chronic constipation that lasted for almost 3 months after a hernia surgery... This is the only thing that worked for me... My advice, don't take it before bedtime if you have a tough constipation like the one I had, it will give you a painful cramps in the morning.

This stuff tastes revolting! I took 45 ml the 1st night, 60 ml the 2nd night and on the 3rd night it started working. That could just be because I was very constipated and had been for a few days already but it definitely didn't start working in 6 hours. I took away 2 stars for the taste and because it took longer to work than they say it will.
