I’ve been using this product for almost 3 years and can(and do) confidently recommend to everyone. I’m an ER nurse and get sick MAYBE once a year. I’m only giving it four stars because the last few months I’ve noticed by the end of each bottle I’d be left with one capsule, as opposed to the recommended serving size of two. After checking the last two orders I’ve received, it appears they’ve been skimping each bottle by one capsule. Not sure how long this has been going on but I am disappointed by this dishonest behavior. Otherwise- supplement works great.

Bought these before an international trip, took the recommended dosage (2 pills) the entire trip (2 1/2 weeks) once i came back home and to date i have only been taking 1 pill. I began to get a “soapy” throat which could be a symptom of too much zinc. I read other reviews that stated that taking 1/2 the dosage works better for most, i would agree with that unless you’re highly exposed to germs like when going on an international trip, however if you feel you may be catching something definitely take the recommended dosage then play it by ear. So far i haven’t gotten sick at all, heres to hoping they keep doing their job.

Amazing product. Works great! I did not get sick while taking this twice daily, while others were on their death bed this winter. It helped me feel better, within a couple days of taking!
