Men's GG-1000-1A5CR G Shock Analog-Digital Display Quartz Beige Watch

Received my new Mudmaster, and it is awesome. Huge, but awesome. The function, fit, and quality of this line of watches is great. I never thought I would buy a more expensive G-Shock as the others I own are great, but this one is steps ahead. The compass feature works, there are all of the world’s time zones, and it looks amazing. The ONLY downside, is the black digital display is a little hard to read. Now, the seller. The watch was Prime, scheduled to arrive in two days. Nine days later, my watch showed up. It wasn’t an issue with shipping, it didn’t get placed for shipment until later, so it was on the seller. The box it was shipped in was perfect, but the Casio box was heavily damaged, telling me that it was placed in the shipping box that way. The metal box the watch came in wasn’t damaged in any way, but it was a let down the actual Casio box was. There were also fingerprints on the back of the watch case, so the watch had been handled by someone before it arrived to me. Maybe it was a return, maybe not, I don’t know. All in all, I love the watch and it is my new go to for everyday wear. However, the seller could have done a much better job in getting me my new watch, in a like new box, in new condition.

It just a beautiful watch. I have big hands this is a big watch and little heavy, which I love it.

Great looking, durable, and functional watch, but disappointed with back light which is useless when you need it at night.

I got this for my son who is in the military. It is very durable and holds up to the beatings and does the thing it’s supposed to do, keep time. It’s got some cool features including automatic time zone changes. There is a process to it but once you figure it out, it’s fairly easy. Also, no Bluetooth or signal so it keeps soldiers safe from being detected.

I had a feeling that this watch/bracelet color combination would be quite striking on the wrist. And it is! It is a very sizeable product (56.2mm dial) yet comes in at minimal weight. Oftentimes I even forget that I have it on. Several people have asked to have a closer look at it which I always take as a complement. The colors are striking and the whole system has a professional look about it. This is my first Casio and I picked a winner. But be prepared. The owner's instruction manual is very tiny and I needed a magnifying glass just to see all the detail. Setting up the time on this watch is not intuitive. While it should be simple it ended up being a quite complicated process. The myriad other functions available on this watch will just have to take a vacation since the time is all that's important to me. Please remember that the term "water resistance" means that you can not submerge the watch under water for any length of time. You will notice that the product page says "in general, suitable for professional marine activity and serious surface water sports, but not diving". The optimal words here are 'surface' and 'not diving'. If you're looking for an impressive time piece that will be able to take a lot of punishment, this could be your watch. Take it from me, it looks even better on your wrist.

Had this watch approximately for 18 months used it in a rotation with my other watches . The watch was used in a office type environment never abused . Well the anolog portion of the watch stopped working the hands were stuck and would not rotate around the dial . I contacted Asurion for warranty they were very helpful and sent the watch out to them free of charge. Two weeks went by and I was never notified that they received the watch or was given an update on the repair process . It's been three weeks now and I received a email stating that Asurion was not able to fix the watch and they were sending the watch to Casio to get an estimate on how much it's going to cost to fix the watch . This will take up to two weeks just to get an estimate and another four to six weeks to get the watch back to me . Why I would be involved in the estimate process ? So buyer beware yes you save money buy buying the watch through Amazon but you don't have the manufacturers warranty this does make a difference if you should have the misfortune of needing a repair . So now it looks like I'll be without the watch for more than three months and still don't know if it can be repaired or if I receive a gift card for its replacement I've been told I will not get a new watch if they are unable to repair the watch in question. I will not be purchasing any Casio products thru Amazon , it will be thru an authorized dealer . UPDATE !!!!! Got watch back today 10/3/2018 from Casio they fixed it brand new mother board it took just short of seven weeks from start to finish . Still seemed a bit too long to wait for a watch repair , didn't cost me anything but time ( Get it ) pun intended . T

Great looking watch my husband was thrilled. Very durable definitely has a tactical look and offers nice pops and whistles. Easy to use, keeps perfect time, and functional totally worth the price.
