I gave this 4/5 stars because the strap isn’t realistic. Entirely way too long. And when I get it adjusted to where it’s where I want it, the adjustment loop is barely stopping me from positioning the very thin foam cushion where I would like. It still works though

I used one of these a long time ago, and found a new use for it. The one from long ago is long gone, so I bought this. I agree with some of the other reviews, the strap is a bit long, but I've put it under one of the neck pad loops and it stays put. I get the isolation on the biceps I knew these provided. It is a simple device, and operates as it should. For the money, I would buy it again.

So far so good. I have been using often for two months and it works great. Only improvement would be a higher quality neck pad.

The one real problem is that the strap is FAR too long. I'm average height and even though I shortened it to its absolute shortest setting it is still too long which causes the metal to push into your abdomen as you're lifting which makes it difficult to maintain proper breathing pattern because of the extra pressure on your solar plexus. The material is good quality but they really have to figure out a shorter strap design.

Good solid product. It's good for what it's meant for. The two flaws that I saw in this product was that the plastic buckle broke off after my third use. I tied a knot and still works. Also I found it kind of difficult to adjust the length in it. Besides that , it's good and solid.

A little tight across the chest, but works great.

I like the width and length of the metal piece as I have short arms I can comfortably perform full range repetitions without punching my belly
