OKI MB472dnw Wireless A4 Mono Multifunction Printer

Ho acquistato questa multifunzione in sostituzione di una getto d'inchiostro e non posso che ritenermi soddisfatto, è proprio di un altro pianeta! Ci ho messo un po' per le varie configurazioni ovvero wireless, lingua, aggiornamento del firmware e poco altro, ma grazie ai software scaricabili dal sito OKI (consiglio di non utilizzare il cd fornito in quanto le applicazioni potrebbero non essere aggiornate) tutto è filato liscio senza problemi, tranne qualche difficoltà a trovare la password di amministratore...a proposito, quella di default è "aaaaaa" senza virgolette. Consiglio inoltre di registrarla sul sito del produttore per avere diritto ad una granazia di 3 anni. La stampa è veloce e di ottima qualità, paragonabile a quella di macchine ben più costose, finora nessun inceppamento e perfetta compatibilità con Windows 10. La consiglio a chi ha una piccola attività (partite iva individuali o piccoli uffici) o a chi stampa un numero moderato di documenti e non ha necessità di stampe a colori.

ich hatte vorher einen Samsung SL-M2022W Drucker, der so unglaublich schlecht war, dass ich ihn umgetauscht habe gegen diesen. Der Samsung-Support war nach mehr als drei Wochen immer noch nicht in der Lage eine Antwort zu geben. OK, der OKI MB472dnw kostet mehr als doppelt so viel, ist aber so VIEL besser verarbeitet, dass er jeden Cent Mehrpreis wert ist. Schon beim Auspacken merkt man: da steckt viel Qualität drin. Schon das Gehäuse wirkt edel verarbeitet, hat aber den Preis, dass der Drucker vom Gewicht her SEHR schwer ist (wiegt ungefähr dreimal soviel wie der besagte Samsung-Drucker). Zum Aufstellen braucht man Hilfe, alleine ist er zu schwer. Aber wenn er erstmal an seinem Platz steht, kann man sich über einen schönen Drucker freuen, der erstklassig druckt und scannt (er kann außerdem auch faxen, was ich aber bei mir nicht nutze). Habe ihn vor allem wegen der Möglichkeit über WLAN zu Drucken und zu Scannen gekauft. Dies funktioniert im Gegensatz zu dem Samsung-Drucker stets einwandfrei. Die Druckqualität ist hervorragend, die Scannergebnisse ebenso. Wichtig war mir vor allem der Papiereinzug. Das Papierfach ist großzügig dimensioniert und die Blätter liegen darin stets gerade, werden völlig gerade eingezogen und bedruckt. Nach einer Woche gab es ein kleines Problem beim Scannen vom PC. Es kam hier zu einer Fehlermeldung, die nicht wirklich weiter half. Daraufhin rief ich beim OKI-Support an, um eine Lösung zu erhalten. Innerhalb von 3 Minuten war das Problem aus der Welt und jetzt läuft wieder alles wie am Schnürchen. Ich bin mit dem Gerät vollauf zufrieden und würde ihn jederzeit wieder kaufen.

Livraison très rapide dans un colis sécurisé. cette imprimante a été très facilement installée sur mon petit réseau et toutes ses fonctions testées depuis chacun des postes. Aucun problème avec Windows10 et la rapidité est au rendez vous !

First of all - toner empties very quickly. And even when it is not completely empty (prints still black, no stripes - as warning is issued due to number of printed pages not on actual toner dust). Then it doesn't want to continue printing until you replace toner - which is a vast of money... 1 and year after buying it. Printer started to print pale - not possible to correct printing to darker (this setting is purposely missing if you don't use original toners). So don't consider buying this printer if you are not going to use original toners. Took printer to service and they told me I need to change both drum and replacement toner that will cost totally 200 EUR. I will rather throw this printer away and buy another (my last printer from another brand - was working normally in office for 7 years). I really advice you not to buy it.
