Is the kit supposed to come with silicone pads and Y tool? My kit did not have these items- can I still do the lash lift?

You can do it with out the tool but you will need the lift pads

Does not advise to remove #1 before applying #2 like most lift kits. Do you wipe off or rinse off #1?

What is the shelf life on this? Before and after using?

the shelf life is 18 months before opening, better within three months after use.

Can you get your lashes wet after applying this? If not how long do you have to wait after using this to get them wet again?
