Can this be used to cut glass subway tiles?

Yes it can cut many Glass Tiles, Oil wheel liberally first and make sure wheel is free wheeling by running up and down a wooden board vigorously. Some glass tiles take a lot of pressure to score but some do not so take a few practice scores to get a good enough score to weaken the glass but not so much pressure that it over scores and chips and only score once, make sure you are dead center over score line when squeezing for a cleaner break. Should I used this glass cutter or tile cutter for marble mosaic?

Hi Zoe, Marble is not supposed to be able to be cut with this type of cutter because it is a soft material and the same front and back. You might get lucky how it breaks and get away with filing the edges but it is not supposed to be able to be cut with our tile or glass cutter tools. Does itcut china plates for mosiac art

Yes we have cut China plates in our live demos its a little tricky holding plate steady but can be done, our drillbits drill through them also.

Can this cut cylindrical glass sticks or spherical items?

You can jig it up to score bottles and run bottle against the wheel but you would need to use heat and cold to make it separate. Glass sticks if you just want to break them - score with the wheel will weaken glass rods so you can snap them but the break will need cleaning up etc. Paul - Manufacturer.
