I wear a size 7 5/8 in baseball fitted caps which size will fit best?

I found their sizes to be very accurate. I wear the same size and the one I ordered was just a "tiny" bit oversize. But I prefer mine that way. I wouldn't hesitate to order 7 5/8" in the Boonie. They will shrink a little if they get wet and dry out. I absolutely love mine. It's 5 star quality all the way. Better than the ones I wore in the Marines. Hope this helps. John

I don't know if this will help you but I wear a 7 and 3/4 and that is what I ordered. When I first started wearing it it fit loose. I work outdoors and sweat quite a bit. As it would get wet with sweat and dry it shrank slightly. After noticing this I hand washed it and let it air dry, fits perfect. I would suggest ordering the size you normally wear but don't panic if the fit is loose, just give it a wash.
