Save your back! Get this chair.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this chair. My posture is better. My back and neck, do not hurt like they used to. I don't need all the cushions. It's amazing. I have my old chair close by, just in case, but it's been over 2 weeks and I haven't touched that chair once. Sometimes my shins will feel like I want to reposition, but I feel like that happens in any chair. It's not enough to make me stop using it. Fits under my desk nicely and allows me to be at a normal chair height at my desk. Was pretty easy to assemble. I hear the video is helpful. I just went with the diagram.

Does not roll
The chair is comfortable if you have it at the appropriate setting for your body. It is not hard to put together once you take a really good look at all the pieces, but the directions are hard to follow and will probably leave you stumped. There are 2 sets of wheels which are labeled for front and back. When you sit on the chair, one of the sets of wheels "locks" with the pressure. Essentially, it puts weight on the wheel and the wheel retracts so it cannot roll. I do not understand why you would want automatic locking wheels on an office chair. I had to take 2 wheels off of my regular chair to use for this, now I am left with an office chair that does not roll while you are sitting in it. Really, it should not be advertised as a rolling office chair since it does not roll at all when you are seated. I would prefer all 4 wheels roll equally so that I can push the chair back when I stand up and to move easily from one side of my desk to the other. I am not going to return it, but it would be REALLY great if they could send me 2 more normal wheels.

A good value
There are many other chairs like this on the market that are far more expensive. For what it does, it is a good value. It was also relatively easy to assemble.

Do not buy this.
The diagrams in the assembly manual were terrible. It should be a simple thing. I am mechanically inclined, but this was a struggle. The bolts were so smooth, they were hard to grip. The bolts and diagram were not easily identifiable. Once I got it built, I tried using the chair for my job. I work from home. After just 30 minutes, my legs felt they were going to fall off. I tried adjusting it with the threaded rod. No position was ever comfortable. Either my knees and shins hurt, my rear went numb, or my entire legs were throbbing. When I chose to return the item, the shipping label was not postage-paid, so they also expected me to pay for return shipping, not even giving a drop-off option like Kohl’s Returns. Amazon assistant filed a claim and I was refunded. The Amazon “customer service” chat bot was quite limited and did not really have the processing power to address my concerns.

It’s ok for a first time kneeling chair.
For the price it’s an ok start out chair. Not for long kneeling but good as an alternative for posture . Finding the right adjustment for my height took a few days.

Low to ground
The media could not be loaded. The instruction said it would take an hour to put together. I put it together in 19 minutes. And that is with undoing a screw to reposition something. I do wish that the instructions were a little more clear, but they're about as clear as instructions usually are. I am a little surprised with how low the low setting is. In the picture you can tell that my legs are parallel with the ground and how close I actually am to the ground (for reference I am a robust 5'8"). There's not really any side tipping So I think this would be a good chair for someone who's limitedly abled. It doesn't feel like I'm going to break it, which is great because I am 185 lbs and with how small it is, I feel like a giant. The video shows it's approximate size. You can see the keyboard and the power strip as reference. And how it would lay under a desk. All in all I like the chair. It's going to suit my needs very much.It does hit my tailbone differently than other chairs do, So keep that in mind if you have some tailbone issues.

Poor quality control
It's a kneeling chair that can adjust. The adjustments are not fast, you have to unscrew it and screw it back together. They don't give a whole lot of adjustments, and at the lowest setting you still have 50% of your weight on your knees. This might be fine if they had good cushioning, but they primarily use low density foam, which feels soft, but with weight compresses and loses its benefits.I received it, and it had two problems. One, the height adjuster was screwed on so tight, I could not unscrew it. Two, the bar that holds the screw had one side without any threads. When I messaged the manufacturer, they said that I could either:1) get a $8 refund2) get one of the parts sentI chose number one, and they promptly sent me a refund of $6 (not the 8 they said they would send).

Great for work from home!
I love the chair!! It’s one of the lower prices options here but it works! It’s very comfy, and yes it can be a bit hard on your knees if you don’t move for a long time. But the hole point is to change posture once in a while so as long as you do that you be fine.
