Which is better - butterfly or B sure?

BSure is overpriced by at leastdiuble, if not 3 times. Nothing but a butterfly shaped piece of felt, not even any adhesive to keep in place. If your butt cheeks provide enough pressure, no problem. Don't be surprised if occasionally the pad finds it's way down your leg to exit your pants. If your walking down the sidewalk, probably no big deal. Could be embarrassing at a social gathering. My opinion.

No different then putting a wad of Tolkien paper between your cheeks!

you are not asking a question . But to tell you about the product. it is soft and fits well I have Ulcerative colitis and when it acts up i have ;leakage these workI have well. I have tried toilet paper and it dosent work.

The space between your cheeks. You just stick it in and it holds. At least, for me it does.
