Brilliant idea: cut the toy off of of your wand and string cat toys that your cats are tired of. Leave the toy as a stand alone bat about floor toy. Then tie a length of this colored ribbon to the string and voila ! A new cat toy. My cats are in love with these ‘new’ ribbon cat toys I made for them!

I used 5 yd. lengths of ribbon to make leis. So disappointing to get almost done with one and find that the ribbon had been spooled in two pieces held together with a small piece of tape! At least two of the ribbons came like that and my leis fell apart within a couple of hours of wearing. :(
