Consistantly excellent
I must have gone through at least 5 of these bags now and never been diappointed. The flavour and freshness of these beans is excellent every time

Very good coffee
Very testy coffee, not for everyone as it's not a basic bitter coffee you can get from a supermarket.

Brazilian doesn't work for me
Bought the Brazilian as Colombia was out of stock. Glad I tried it but I should have reverted back to Daybreak. Rounton have always delivered promptly and beans are recently roasted. I use a top end espresso machine and grinder for espresso. Even after full settings adjustment, the Brazilian fares disappointingly for me, quite a weak extraction, lacking a bit in flavour and little crema. I will be going back to Colombia- a good dark roast that works well as an Italianesque espresso and is bold in a latte. Or Daybreak which led me to love Rounton in the first place.

Top stuff.
Top stuff, great flavour - nothing over complicated or fancy, just great flavour. Fresh, well packaged. Hesitant to buy online without tasting but didn’t need to be, great coffee

Not freshly roasted coffee
The batch I received had been roasted 6 weeks prior to when it arrived. You do not get freshly roasted coffee (at least when ordered through Amazon).

Very well presented but too weak for me.
If you like stronger coffee this isn’t for you. The best way I can describe the flavour/ strength is “subtle”.I’ve adjusted (machine) grind size to get extraction just right and regardless of settings the finished drink is a weak coffee compared with any other brand I’ve used.It will suit others no doubt but this one is just not for me.On the plus side delivery was prompt, the packaging very good and the roast date very recent.

Excellent coffee
I have now tried all coffee from Rounton & enjoyed every one, fresh with speedy delivery can't ask for more than that.
