Value for money.

Great little sensor
This is a great little sensor, and the Adafruit tutorials are just what you need to get it working in your project. If you're interested in measuring humidity in addition to temperature and barometric pressure, I would recommend its big brother, the BME280 instead.

Read the description not the picture
I wanted the BME280 as I saw on the picture, but the description says BME280 wich is not what I needed.

Fonctionnel et simple
Utilisé comme capteur sur mon projet de station météo. Intégration facile. Mesure précise. Les sources disponibles chez Adafruit aident bien.

Works great. Not compatible with BMP180.
Bought this for my quad, since the onboard BMP085 was acting "funny". The 5V to 3.3V level shifter was convenient, as my flight controller is 5V. The BMP180 wouldn't have worked because of hardcoded, conflicting i2c addresses. I suspected this chip might not be compatible, but for the price I figured I could get it to work. The interface was relatively similar and I had it working in a few nights. It worked great for calculating relative altitude to within a quarter meter (over reasonable time frames). I never verified the accuracy of the absolute altitude calculation. I also can't speak for the accuracy of the thermometer, but it appeared to work really well, giving 0.01 degree C precision."Normal mode" where the device constantly makes readings is much more convenient than "forced mode" on the BMP085/180 where you must request each reading. Also, the chip has options for oversampling so filtering is all handled on the chip.Pulling SDO low for the alternate i2c address wasn't documented in the Adafruit documentation, but was in the Bosch datasheet.
