I have been using these Glad 30 gallon ForceFlex trash bags for years and they never disappoint. The black color looks clean, they are thick and strong, and the unscented option is perfect if you do not want artificial smells. They hold up well with heavy trash, resist leaks, and the drawstrings make them easy to tie and carry. Great quality and worth the price.

I’ve got a large garbage can for a big family, and in the past, every other brand of bag I tried would always slip down when filling it, turning trash day into a messy nightmare. I finally decided to look for a heavy-duty, extra-large bag and found these 30-gallon Glad bags—and I’m glad I did. I even tested three different brands to see which one I liked best, and these came out on top by far. They’re rip-resistant, strong, and extra roomy, making them perfect for a busy household. Even if they’re a little more expensive than other bags, the durability and reliability make them totally worth the extra cost. No more wrestling with sagging trash bags!

Good trash bags. They hold up really well and do not tear like most trash bags do. Would recommend. Do not notice a strong scent to them either.

Update from after they changed the bags to the two layer bags. I was alerted by another customer that the bags on the page changed, and she scared me away from trying the new version so much I bought the Hefty bags. Well, I am back. I did not like those, they are stiff, but they slash through easy and I did not like the smell. I looked again into glad bags, and realized that they did not get thinner. They are now two layers. Each of the two is thinner, but together they make for a stronger bag. It works just like when the cashier at the grocery store double-bags your heavy milk cartons. I used up a smaller box of this new dual defense variety and went back on amazon to buy the bigger box. They work the same as the old ones. They are strong and do not rip under normal conditions. I like how stretchy they are. The outside layer is white, inside layer is black. The bags look gray from the outside as the black shows from under the white. It looks black from the inside, and you cannot see gray when it is in the garbage can in the kitchen. Original review: Those are my favorite bags. I use them in my regular size kitchen garbage can, because it is black and I do not like how white bags show when used inside of trash cans. And I do not like to use clear bags - who wants to see the garbage? So, black it is. I like that the bags are bigger than the can since I never have any problems closing the bags and can fit a pizza box or something extra that would not fit into the can and waits for its turn behind the can. Forceflex bags are truly tough, they can stretch around items instead of tearing, and the red ribbon inside is thick and attached securely, too, so it stays where it supposed to be, and I do not get any nasty surprises on my way to the outside bin, and my trash collectors never have to pick up fallen garbage from the road, too.

They are inexpensive. They hold up well but are not super heavy duty like the ones you can get from home depot. Only knocked off one star for this reason. It would have been two as i felt it was kinda thinner than expected but it held up well holding wood pieces. Minor tear or puncture on 2 out of 5 needing to double bag but still held up fairly well with all things considered so if day 4 stars is fair

I always love getting these trash bags! They are heavy duty, and I rely on these even though I have a 13 gallon! They stretch and it’s easy to tie, and it’s a great value for money. The size is amazing cause you can stuff a lot of trash, recycle, etc in there.

Value is decent - while these aren't the cheapest bags on the market, the convenience and reliability make them worth the slight premium. Not having to deal with bag failures, spills, or difficult closures saves time and hassle. The 21-count box lasts me about three weeks with daily use. I appreciate that Glad has perfected what seems like a simple product. These bags just work reliably every single time. Highly recommend for anyone tired of dealing with inferior trash bags!
