This dough scraper works much better than the plastic one. I was using much better quality, cutting power and easy to work with.

Good, standard, old-fashioned bench knife. Sturdy, inexpensive, and easy to care for.

Very sturdy. I like that it doesn’t have rubber handle that eventually gets sticky. Very handy for a lot of uses.

Excellent Bench knife. Had one with a wood handle and non-stick coating. the non-stick was peeling off and the wood handle made it unable to be washed in dishwasher. This is perfect. the weight and heft shows that it will last. The markings make it perfect for dividing dough. I also use my bench scraper when I have cut vegetables up to move them into pots.

This is sturdy and well made. It has a little weight to it Easy to clean and works well. Only complaint is that the handle is hollow and hard to manually dry, but is air dries quickly if using hot water. Recommended

I have several kitchen scrapers, but this is the only one I use anymore, and I use it at least once a day. The large size makes it ideal for transferring vegetables after cutting, and it excels in baking applications, such as working with bread dough. The handle is comfortable and convenient. The blade is stiff and sharp, and it cleans easily.

Perfect for the job plus being a basic took to help with prepcwork.
