It's working!
I'm 84, finishing my first jar in 5 days. So far, my short-term memory lapses are improving. What stands out is that my recall -- a word or a name -- returns quickly. My cognition remains keen.

Helps with short term memory
I started taking this about a year ago because I was noticing that I was forgetting simple things. I only take one instead of two a day because I have stomach issues. Even though I only take one, I have noticed an improvement in my short term memory. It’s significant enough to make me happy.

Great way to start the day
I take this every morning and it gives you a wake up call to the brain after about five minutes. Not a buzz, just an awareness that cuts through the morning brain fog. I have multiple coffee after I take it and I’m ready to hit the ground running.

No noticeable difference
I mean, there isn't much to say. I just take it and don't really seem to notice a difference. I have tried other nootropic products and many you at least notice something. However, for this... nothing.
