This product did not have a protective seal. Eye products normally have a protective seal which can be removed by the consumer. These assures the consumer that the product is new and safe to use.

I have been using this product on my eyebrows daily for a month and the truth is that until now I have not noticed a difference. The product does not bother the skin and is quickly absorbed. But I don't know how long it will take for the hairs to grow. I'm going to keep using it until the product runs out to see if there is a change in eyebrow growth.

This is a review for the BL Rich Eyebrow Growth Serum.On the plus side, I have very sensitive skin and this eyebrow growth serum has caused me no problems of any kind. I have been using it every night and they has been no irritation or redness.The serum easily glides on my eyebrows and helps keep them shaped and stray hairs in place.So does it work? I would say I think it does, but I can’t say for sure. Unlike eyelash growth products, it’s often hard to tell if your eyebrows are fuller, just if each hair is longer since this isn’t going to replace spots where you’ve over-plucked or where you don’t have any hair. I believe it works to some extent but don’t expect a big change.One thing I have noticed is that if I touch my eyebrows at night a while after I’ve put this on, there is a little bit of product that sloughs off and you can see it peel/flake off. I don’t notice it by morning.

I had just 30 days at most to evaluate and even though I used it daily for 20 days, I saw no difference.
