ADHD people can still be up whole night
Doesn't work for everybody. If you have ADHD, your brain can often regulate dopamine differently. Valerian increases GABA, the calming neurotransmitter, which relaxes you, reduces anxiety, keeps you less restless. If your ADHD brain isn't balanced with dopamine at the same time, you can still be internally alert and active. I've doubled the dose to 2 pills (500 mg) with no effect. Stayed up whole night.

Works like a charm
I have been struggling with sleep issues for years and I've tried them all, from supplements to prescriptions. This, this! works. It takes a bit of time to kick in, but once it does I am out for the count. I can even fall back asleep after middle of the night tinkle runs. Woo hoo! Caution: Read up on it before you start using it. It has some side affects that can possibly cause problems. I'm not personally experiencing any yet, but just started taking it a couple of weeks ago. If anything weird transpires, I'll update this review.

It really does work.
I'm always a little skeptical of supplements. But this one we have quantifiable proof works. My wife has a really hard time falling asleep at night from stress, anxiety and some other factors. The day she started taking this she was more relaxed and fell straight to sleep.....stitting up because she wasn't sure it would work. you will wake up a bit drowsy in the morning but a cup of coffee etc. will fix that quickly.

Good price. Helps me sleep.
No side effects for me. Ingredients probably make sense to guys who read them. Smells like vitamins. Guess taste is fine. I swallow them quickly. They work in helping me sleep. Good product.

Regretfully not Satisfied
My expectations have not been met. Taking it wakes me up 2 or 3 times in the night. I will try taking it again in a few weeks
