This bench is a great buy for home gym. The installation process is straight forward, and the price point is relatively economical comparing with the other products with the same quality. The bench is comfortable to lay down, which has a good amount of cushion. The leather alike surface material looks durable, and most importantly the stand is firm and will not jiggle around. Combined with this flat bench, I can finish cancel my gym membership and do everything at home with this product. I do recommend this product to anyone interested in.

This flat weight bench is very strong and sturdy, doesn't shake, and looks great. It is very easy to assemble. I followed the instructions to assemble and assembled all the parts together. It took about 15 minutes.My husband combined it with our squat rack for weight training, which is very good. Its cushion is made of leather and high-quality fabric, which is very comfortable and soft to use.
