My brother had a stroke and can’t tell when his hearing aid is falling out. I found this and it has saved him from losing his hearing aid many times. Great idea!!

I lost my hearing aid and it cost $500 to replace it. It turns out the tracking app will only indicate the hearing aid's last location and as much as I searched it was nowhere to be found. This lanyard is easy to use, not too long and not too short, fits snuggly on the hearing aid between the receiver and the program selection button, and I was able to select a bright color that should make it lot easier to find my hearing aid if I do happen to misplace it. The clip holds it tightly to my clothing. The drawbacks? I have long hair and when I brush it or flip it back, my hand catches the lanyard. The clip can also be hard to open and when it does open, it doesn't open widely. I sometimes have to work it back and forth to get the fabric of whatever I'm wearing between the teeth of the clip, depending on how thick the fabric is. Those negatives are minor compared to the peace of mind I get from feeling that I'm far less likely to lose the hearing aid. I thought I got all that peace of mind for a very reasonable price.

These keep my 91 year old father from losing his hearing aides. I like that they are separate for each ear. The only issue (and why I only rated that it four stars) is that he depends on staff at his assisted living to put his aides on and off and they keep breaking the little clips. It is not intuitive how to open the clip so people force it open. Then it breaks. It would help to label it with “LIFT” on the part that has to be lifted to open the clip. I often put a small piece of tape on it and write this on it, but they still get broken regularly.

They work well, my hearing aids cost 7K! (I have severe loss) so it's important to protect that investment

Somewhat uncomfortable just due to maybe your shape but these have helped me from losing my earbuds

I bought these for my son when he was 3 years old because I wanted something to clean easily and a clip that wasn't metal. My son is now 5 and we still love them! I use soap and warm water to clean them and they have maintained color and quality is still like new. He recently got rechargeable hearing aids so we just push up the lanyard higher on the BTE so they don't pop out of his charger pod. I feel so confident that his hearing aids won't get lost due to the quality of the lanyards (plus my son loves his hearing aids and is very conscious of the fit). I've recommended this product link to my son's DHH teacher and audiologist to share with other parents. I would 100% reorder this product again and again.

The product was a good idea but the piece that goes over the processor was EXTREMELY difficult to place. The opening was not big enough. They were completely useless for us.

Two challenges: 1. the clip is not easy to open when you reach behind your head, 2. it takes some strength and perseverance to attach the loops to your hearing aids. However, the latter challenge means they are firmly attached, and one eventually becomes skilled at working the clip. Overall: this is very effective security at a very low cost. One special benefit: the bright colors mean that this would be easy to find if it fell in tall grass or bushes.

Worked really well, played a few games of basketball with team. Felt comfortable in spite of the heat I was playing in, fit nicely, easy to adjust.
