Utopia Kitchen Compost Bin for Kitchen Countertop - 1.3 Gallon Compost Bucket for Kitchen with Lid - Includes 1 Spare Charcoal Filter (

I love this little compost bucket! It is the perfect size for under the sink. The lid fits well, and the filters are terrific for keeping odors and fruit flies at bay. The filters do get gross after a week or so of use, but we did rinse them out at the sink several times before having to actually replace them. Even washed out, they still worked very well for keeping odors in the bucket and not in my kitchen. The white outside has held up very well after being used for about eight months now. Our bucket regularly gets taken outside to feed our kitchen scraps to our chickens, has been dropped multiple times, and thrown in the back of a UTV all without any major dings or scrapes. The metal side walls of the bucket are nice and thick, so have maintained their original shape without any extra remolding by me. The handle is sturdy, perfectly sized, and hasn’t fallen off once. I would definitely recommend this product for your kitchen scraps! Great value; Great quality! (Sorry for the “well-loved” bucket pictures!)

Great Compost Bin I ordered the 1.3 gal. size and it's not too big on the counter. Easy cleanup and with the filter no bad smells. I recommend it.

Does a great job at holding the compost, they have filters you change out as needed. Great value for the money. Would definitely reorder if needed.

The air filter does let smell through but I fixed it by putting paper towel in between them. The air filters are very thin.

We really love this food scrap container! There is no smell and that means no fruit flies. We have had stuff in there for 2 or more weeks. We have bought the extra carbon filters which you do not need to change very often. Probably twice since we bought it in 2024. We also bought the earth friendly compost bags. They do disintegrate in the compost pile. This is such a win win. No yucky scraps go in the regular garbage to stink up the place. I would definitely but again, great quality for the price, it is stainless steel, easy to wash up and will probably last forever. The bags we get for it are the 2.6 food scrap bags which I will put in a review for also.
