Good product, does what is supposed to do. As a lot of people have mentioned, the tablets are quite large and I can see how some people might have a problem swallowing them. I personally don't have a problem as I can swallow them okay with a glass of water so these are good value for money for me. I take 1 a day or 2 if I have exercised a lot.

I am taking these to try and combat low sodium, but to early to say if it does unil I have a blood test. I would say they make me feel slightly nauseous.

I've been taking daily for two weeks - no more gastly night feet cramps - I'd like to think that maybe, just maybe it's the pills - worth a try.

Very large, approximately 20x10x5mm. They don't cut easily without breaking into powder. Foul taste.

Took my first tablet with my evening meal on the Saturday...the next day I had the most awful flatulence all day long. Didn't think for a minute it could've been due to these tablets. However I took one again on the Sunday evening...well I woke up with a horrific pain in my tummy and ran down to the toilet where I had the most severe diarrhea I've ever had for 2 full days! It made me so fatigued as I also felt nauseous and couldn't eat anything either. I've just woke up now on the Wednesday and still feel rubbish (although I slept almost solid for the past 34 hours now) but I haven't had any diarrhea with my wind now.I'm a very healthy adult female and eat a very healthy diet and on no medications and am very rarely ill...it's only after reading similar reviews on here that I now know that these tablets were to blame.I was meant to be going away to the coast with my dog yesterday for a few days and I had to cancel just because of how these had an affect on me.....wish I'd read all the negative reviews too (like I mostly do). They are very big and very salty but that didn't bother me.Please if you do take these....try them whilst you are off work for a few days or not have anything planned... because they may just have the same affect on you as myself and others.

Bought these for doing an extended fast. Seemed to do the job as I'm still here and had no adverse affects from the fast. Good good.
