Could you share the difference in effectiveness between oral edta and transdermal?

The transdermal edta works much better because more of it goes right to your system. Just about anything transdermal wooks best and especially if you happen to have any issues with your gut. Although even without having gut issues stomach acid makes most supplements, medications, etc... less effective. I try to only use transdermal products as much as possible. I hope this helps.

It's always a good idea to take a good and complete mineral supplement while chelating heavy metals since EDTA is not "mineral specific" and can bind to just about all minerals.

The best ways to determine effectiveness are 1) improvement in symptoms (if you're experiencing any), and 2) a before, during and after heavy metal test such as a urine or hair analysis. Also, if one is using Kelacream to help improve artery health, before and after testing can be done such as ultrasound or other non-invasive tests to determine effectiveness.
