My husband has developed numerous compression fractures in his back. This pad has made a huge improvement in his ability to sit comfortably in many different places/situations. It’s expensive but completely worth it.

I had to return it because my cats will put holes in it! The one I need replaced was very good though and comfortable. If you can afford it, it’s an excellent cushion and should last for years.

Beware. Check the valve the instant you get the product. Perhaps the huge discount was because of it being a factory reject. Two in a row have been unusable because the valve cannot be opened or closed without a wrench
