Free-weight routines are easy to work thru with this free standing, collapsible bench and with the built-in attach points for the resistance bands, the bench gives the ability to add in a few additional routines to really hit all the major points in a simple and wholistic workout regime.The bands that come with the bench are lightweight and provide a very low-resistance workout, but as stated before offer the option to switch out to higher-resistance bands.Assembly was a breeze and the bench was up and running in under 20 minutes. It feels sturdy under use and felt quite stable when I performed some simple chest flys.The attached video shows my wife performing some simple mobility and range of motion movements with the included resistance bands.Great little piece of equipment to own during these unsure COVID times..........

Easy to assemble and fast fold down to put away when I'm done. I don't have much room for workout equipment. So it's nice to be able to only pull it out when I need it. It feels nice and sturdy when I'm using it. But light enough to carry from indoors to outdoors to work out outside when the weather is nice. It standard size which is nice. Being that it's portable I expected it to be smaller, I'm so glad it's not.

This is outstanding quality. The pad on the bench can be wiped up easily, and it holds up very well under bodyweight. Love it!

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  This bench was amazingly simple to install, you just take it out of the box (the majority of it is already assembled) use 3 quick release locking pins that they provide and then put in 4 1/2 In bolts (they provide a wrench in the box if you need one). The seats are comfortable and the bench was sturdy and steady (nothing worse than having the bench wobble around when you are trying to work out). When you consider all the good things and then look at the price compared to other benches this is a 5 Star item

I thoroughly love this bench. It's nice and comfortable.It also came already partially set up, which is an amazing time saver for me. If it hadn't been already partly set up this bench would have taken 30-45 minutes just to screw together.The material feels great and overall enhanced my work out potential!It can incline and decline to the most comfortable angle that works best for your workout.I purchased this bench because I needed one that would fold away and store easily.

I really like this bench. First off, it’s super easy to assemble which is nice. Secondly, it breaks down super quick for easy storage. I lift quite a bit of weight and I have no worries about this supporting me. It has several different incline and decline positions which is nice. I would highly recommend.

I was in search for a gym bench since covid has made it difficult to go to any gyms. I thought of working out at home, and after some careful research I decided to buy this product.This bench is really sturdy! When compared to other products of the same category it definitely offers a much bigger advantage of having stretch bands which can be used for upper body workouts.The size of this bench makes it suitable for people around 5 to 6’2 height.Overall, fantastic bench that gets the job done!

This bench is very nice as besides it has 7 different back positions and it can fully fold up, you can get a FULL body workout! I had one before that I gave away to my brother and now I’m glad I did because this can be store much easier if needed and can also take up to 400lbs!
