Adequate … not great. Similar to other sauces of this caliber. It’s an adequate pasta sauce base, but lacks real flavor right out of the jar. It becomes adequate once you add your own salt, pepper and spices.

NEVER AGAIN!! I ordered 2 jars the second one was already opened and only had a 4th of the sauce. i threw it away afraid of contamination
