This small thing is powerful! Let me tell you! Especially if you have good quality essential oils. I originally used this for my desk in the office, I loved it so much, I took it home an put it in my living room, the in my room. does this item uses with cutton filter?

There is no filter required. It is so simple and very easy to use. Add your water and essential oil and that's it.

What does the turquoise color mean? Won’t let me set blue or green. And keeps spraying consistently. Using guru oils.

There is not an option to change or set any particular color the colors rotate colors automatically. You can't put the water above the level indicated. It only diffuses for a short time because the unit is small so the water runs out fast but smells good while it's diffuses. The lights will just flash when all the water has run out. It's a pretty unit, just wish it was bigger so it could diffuse longer.
