Love that they’re small enough to fit in my pocket like I could carry them around when my eyes get dry. I have TED and it helps. I would recommend for anybody that needs it worth the money.

I’ve been using Refresh Plus lubricant eye drops for a long time, and the product itself is consistently excellent. However, this time the box arrived ripped, bent, and in pretty rough shape. At first I thought it was just bad luck—but after reading other reviews, I realized this isn’t a one-time issue. The packaging seems to arrive damaged quite often, which is concerning for a product meant for eye use. The vials inside were still intact, and the drops are as good as always, but the shipping/packaging really needs improvement. When something goes in your eyes, you expect it to arrive looking a lot more… respectable.
