After undergoing LASIK eye surgery earlier this year, my ophthalmologist strongly recommended preservative-free eye drops to help with post-op dryness and irritation. That’s how I was introduced to Refresh Plus Lubricant Eye Drops, and I can honestly say they’ve become a staple in my eye care routine ever since. Each vial is conveniently single-use and perfectly portioned. The compact 0.01 fl oz size makes them ideal for travel, whether I’m commuting to work or flying across the country. I always keep a few in my backpack, car, and bathroom cabinet. They’re especially helpful in dry environments—planes, hospitals, air-conditioned rooms, you name it. What sets these apart is the preservative-free formula, which was a must per my doctor’s instructions. I’ve found these drops to be gentle, non-irritating, and fast-acting—they provide immediate relief without the stinging sensation I’ve experienced from other brands. They help keep my eyes moist for hours, which is essential when I’m staring at screens or in dusty outdoor settings. The value size pack of 70 single-use containers also makes this a budget-friendly choice in the long run. One vial is often enough for both eyes, and the slim profile of each tube makes them easy to toss into a pocket without any mess or bulk. The only potential drawback is that the vials are not resealable, so you do have to use them shortly after opening. However, for a sterile, preservative-free product, that’s completely understandable and part of what makes them safe for sensitive, healing eyes. Overall, whether you're recovering from eye surgery, battling seasonal dryness, or simply need a reliable, on-the-go hydration solution, I can’t recommend these enough. This is one of those rare medical recommendations that truly exceeded my expectations.

TL;DR: Reliable preservative free eye drops that provide quick relief for dry, irritated eyes at a reasonable price per vial. I use artificial tears regularly for occasional dryness from screen time and environmental allergies. Refresh Plus has been one of the more consistent options in my rotation. The drops feel smooth going in, without a burning sensation, and they provide a noticeable layer of moisture that lasts a decent amount of time before I feel the need to reapply. I like that the formula is preservative free, which is helpful if you use drops frequently or have sensitive eyes. The single use vials are convenient and hygienic. They are easy to twist open, and one vial usually gives me enough liquid for both eyes, sometimes with a bit left over. For travel, they pack easily in a pocket or small pouch without worrying about a bottle leaking. The tradeoff is more plastic waste compared with a larger bottle, but for me the sterility and portability are worth it. Of course, this is only an opinion, not objective truth, and other users might weigh that tradeoff differently. Price wise, the value pack of 70 vials comes out favorably compared with buying smaller boxes at local pharmacies. Since I go through them slowly but steadily, keeping a larger box on hand reduces last minute runs to the store. I have also not noticed any residue or film on my vision after use, which can happen with some thicker gel type drops. If you are looking for straightforward lubricating drops that are preservative free, easy to carry, and from a brand that many eye doctors already recommend, these are a solid and practical choice. Thank you for reading my review here, I try to be helpful. Notify/write to me here on Amazon if you have any additional questions for me

Love that they’re small enough to fit in my pocket like I could carry them around when my eyes get dry. I have TED and it helps. I would recommend for anybody that needs it worth the money.

I’ve been using Refresh Plus lubricant eye drops for a long time, and the product itself is consistently excellent. However, this time the box arrived ripped, bent, and in pretty rough shape. At first I thought it was just bad luck—but after reading other reviews, I realized this isn’t a one-time issue. The packaging seems to arrive damaged quite often, which is concerning for a product meant for eye use. The vials inside were still intact, and the drops are as good as always, but the shipping/packaging really needs improvement. When something goes in your eyes, you expect it to arrive looking a lot more… respectable.
