I’m very disappointed with the smeg toaster I bought. I paid too much for a very low performing product.

This is a great toaster. The build quality is rugged and stylish. The lever has a really solid feel to it and the 'toastiness' dial on the front is excellent. The slots too can take a croissant, super thick piece of bread or 4 smaller bits. I love it!

We LOVE this toaster. We didn't even know there was a difference when it came to toasters, but this one is clearly the next level up. Let's put aside for one moment the beautiful aesthetics, with its stylish enamel blue finish and gleaming chrome, and look at how it performs. The browning setting is accurate, the bagel setting so that it only toasts one side is genius, the re-heating toast setting is not something I ever thought I needed, and the toasting from frozen is in a different world from our previous toaster! Instead of toasted cardboard, it comes out as lovely, bouncy, perfect toast. One very happy bunny over here!

I Have paid 139£ for this toaster and I expect it to last longer unfortunately there was an issue most of the times we try to use it . I got bread stuck and I cleared now we no longer able to use it although everything cleared . I wouldn’t recommend it for this price I had 5£ toaster worked for 5 years and never had issues before . Disappointed

I’ve always wanted smeg products in my kitchen and would fully recommend this toaster as it just looks gorgeous. I love that everyone who walks into my kitchen now knows I’m that person who’s basically got a designer toaster. It’s pricey but no regrets, I wouldn’t purchase if you rent but if you’re in your forever home, treat yourself to some smeg! Not only does it look nice but the toast is actually 10/10 perfect and it produces that lovely toast smell when toasting.

This was to replace my previous Smeg Toaster so I knew what I was getting, ie style over substance so was happy with it! Communication was so so as they didn’t tell us when they wanted to deliver till the day but then we’re very helpful.
