Hmmm...
I'm not sure what is about Lynda Gratton's books, but at the end I always feel as if I have read an awful lot to be told very little or anything really that forward-thinking. I have attended lectures she has given that are engaging and dynamic, but these qualities just never seem to tip over into her writing for me.
