Use a bread pan!
I followed the 2hr directions to the letter. I did proof the yeast in the 1 1/4 cup of warm water before mixing. I got a nice 1st rise and then put the dough on a flat pan for the second rise but it spread out A LOT. Instead, I sprayed and transferred to a loaf pan and let it rise again and it came out perfect! Hubby and guests loved it, all warm and fresh! It's a bit expensive so I probably wont use it often but I'd like to try it in my pan that makes little individual loafs. Could be cute on a festive holiday table. Recommended!

Great bread..fun to make
I now have a pantry full of Krusteaz because of the product I purchased here. Some of the products made by this company aren't readily available so Amazon offers a way of trying different versions. Bottom line is: Yum Krusteaz

My family loves this bread. They've asked for more, so putting in a new order tomorrow

Bread is yummy but the price to high.
Thus mix is easy to use and very tasty. But the price has gone up so high that I can no longer afford to purchase.
