Good for quick protein needs
It helps in meeting the protein requirements in the daily diet. But has an aftertaste

Severe allergic reactions I need a refund
It was horrible .I got severe allergic reactions on my body immediately after confusing it had to go see a doctor. I even tried to return the product but it didn't allow me to. It was overall a health hazard for me and I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
