the rain shower head is so relaxing and I stay warm the whole time I shower the hand held has great massaging and I use to rinse my tub after cleaning I love this shower head

Too much plastic. Didn’t even trying it. Not what we expected at all

This is a great product. Yes, it has some plastic parts, but you must try it yourself. For the power of the shower heads, the ability to use either shower head individually or together, and adjust the angle of both the shower heads, it is perfect for what we need. wife is 5"3 and uses the lower head and adjusts when she doesn't wash her hair; I am 6'1 and I use both heads together. We also wash our dog in the shower and the removable hand held easily reaches to pooches level. The actual unit is supposed to be able to angle out from the wall, but we feel it is best to leave it pushed against the wall to aid in support. We may buy more to keep as spares. Highly recommend.

This device solved our problem of one person being tall and one person is much shorter. Now we have a device where the handheld unit is within reach of just about anyone, while the main shower head doesn't make tall people duck when washing their head. I used the teflon tape provided and had no leaks . If you like chrome, their is a lot to look at, but it is aesthetically designed (in my humble opinion. This unit isn't the most conservative on water pressure and does have a strong flow, but the handheld has an off (almost off) position). Beware, there are several models of this device and the more features, the more expensive. Very satisfied with quality and price.
