Krylon® COLORmaxx™ Brush-On, Gloss, Pewter Grey, 1 Quart

I picked up this Krylon COLORmaxx acrylic latex paint for a few small projects around the house, and it performed really well. The paint goes on smoothly and has good coverage, so you don’t need a lot of coats to get a solid finish. The consistency is nice and easy to work with, whether you're using a brush or a small roller. It spreads evenly and levels out well, which helps avoid visible brush marks. The finish also looks clean and consistent once it dries. Another thing I appreciated is that the paint dries fairly quickly, so you can apply additional coats without waiting too long. The color looks rich and holds up well after drying, which is great for trim, furniture touch-ups, or small indoor projects. Used this on a workbench I made from plywood and 2x4's. Only did one coat and it adhered great and has a very nice flat black color. Only used about half a can for a large workbench too. A little pricey compared to some paints but the color has a very nice look to it.

This is the prettiest black paint I have ever used. It makes my doors and trim look like leather! I put a primer bonding paint underneath it first and within an hour it was ready for me to paint. I put two coats on and it dried in no time. I have already purchased two more quarts. Gorgeous flat black!

I used this to paint a variety of furniture items, and it provides great coverage, dries quickly, and has much less odor than spray paints offering similar tint levels. My family is happy with the finish on the items I refinished, and while I can't speak to its rust inhibition capabilities yet, it worked great for the surfaces I applied it to. This can size makes it a better bargain than rattle cans from a local big box store, too.

It all came broken and leaked. Not a drop of paint left to be used.
