Hello Marco, the MC-14 will work with the Olympus 40-150mm f/2.8, but not with the Olympus 40-150mm f/4-5.6. The MC-14 also works with the Olympus 300mm f/4.0.I use the MC-14 with the Olympus 40-150mm f/2.8 and am very pleased with the results. All the best.

Would this lens work with the m. zuiko ed 12-40 mm f2.8 pro lens?

No, it does not work with the 12-40mm. I have both, and this teleconverter protrudes into the lens and is only compatible with lenses with a recessed rear element. On the 12-40mm, the rear element is flush with the lens mount, and the teleconverter cannot be attached. It will work with the 40-150mm PRO and the new 300mm PRO. I've also used it with an old Nikon 300mm with an adapter, and it may work with some other lenses not acknowledged by Olympus. But be careful, you don't want to damage your lens.Note, the other replies are referring to a different teleconverter from the one shown here, made for a different mount.

Does this come with a manufacturer’s warranty?

I believe it is one year if purchased new from an authorized vendor. It can be extended four years if your purchase an extended warranty within the original warranty period. If you are in the US, I have heard that products purchased from international vendors may come with a warranty but may be difficult to enforce if a problem develops.
