Helps promote sleep really works great
I started taking these because it promote sleep and it's good for your muscles and everything I was having issues with muscle spasms and every time I try to lay down it seem like it start up I started using these I use them for a month and ordered another bottle I sleep way better I don't experience muscle cramps in my legs at night now and I just feel a lot better I would totally recommend them
