Works perfectly with 3/16 inch stainless steel chain
I used 3/16 inch chain to hang a cedar swing from the rafter of a pergola. This was the perfect rigging connector, and the stainless finish matched the chain. IMHO, the quality was excellent and the cost was a nice surprise.

Perfect for the job
Needed these to hand a heavy bag. The bag came with versions that were so purely machines that the nuts left on them cut the canvas straps with use. These are smooth, sturdy, durable and just what was needed.

Alterative to padlocks
The correct size to secure side latches on overhead garage doors from pulling free during hurricanes. And, when stored on the other end of the latch bolt, , can prevent inadvertently latching of an automatic garage door before operating. The u-bolts are much easier to use than fumbling around with locks and just as effective.

Work for bunny pen
I got these to use to connect the sides of my bunny’s pen. I wanted something that can be easily removed for her to get in and out, but so far she was too smart and kept opening everything I put there. These are easy for me to open and remove and still keep her safe.

Very strong & well-made stainless steel D shackles at a very fair price and wide size range. These shackles are suitable for boat rigging and anchor chains, chain block hoist use and generally linking chains and cables.
