Disc was dirty not scratched and everything was in tact but it wouldn’t play on my DVD player which I was aware it might not from other reviews but took a chance bc I love Charlotte sadly didn’t work so can’t rate on the dvd

Wish I had US settings
If you're buying it in your in the US you're going to have to change your settings from US UK settings. Still love the DVD and I love Charlotte

Incredible. I'd recommend it to anyone that wants a fun, interesting full body work out.

DVD did not work
Perhaps it is incompatible with a US DVD player, or the disc was damaged, but the DVD did not work. Disappointed as I had heard good things.

2 trainers talk each section through and the breaks while they are talking are good to get my breath back
I’m a big lass, size 24, and it was a pleasant surprise to buy this dvd and find it wasn’t simply a chance for Charlotte to ponce about in a bikini. She works in this. Another massive advantage was though the warm up does not have a beginner version the main work out does, 2 trainers talk each section through and the breaks while they are talking are good to get my breath back. Lots of cardio, jumping, stretching and lunges. Basically the mantra is right, if you want a stomach like Charlottes you’ve got to earn it! Though mine is going to take a long time I know this positive and instructive work out will help. Big lasses don’t be scared, if you want to be fitter try it, take it at your own pace as your muscles are going to ache!

Good, could be improved
Good DVD! Really like the 3 minute workout idea, it's tough but they attack a certain area and then move on so it's a great idea. I did found it motivated me to carry on and became easier with time.. however the reason for the missing star is it's a hard DVD to keep doing repeatedly because they spend about 1 minute/1 min 30 secs at the beginning of each section explaining it which is super frustrating when you actually just want to do 3 minutes and not waste time. On my player/TV it's really hard to skip over the right about of time so ends up overrunning when I try to skip it and it involves a lot of stopping and starting. If only they just made cropped versions and you could use that when you're used to the moves.

Works and only a few days in.
Good workout, still can't reach the end yet.The breaks between each section takes the same amount of time I would spend moving to the next piece of equipment and drinking water at the gym. So the breaks are not a hassle for me.I have always used Jillian Michaels but after hitting a plateau, I decided to add something a few days a week extra. Already in a few days I've broken out of my plateau and lost 2lbs.I'm not keen on Charlotte but I do think she is inspiring to have lost so much and done so well on her wieght loss journey. It's worth a go if you want something extra to burst out of a platue.

Best routines ever
Absolutely amazing! I ate whatever I wanted while doing belly blitz once a day and I managed to lose over 6 pounds in a month (I was 10 stone). I also look much more toned!

A must buy for fat burning!!!
So happy with this DVD, it is literally the best ever made and I have a few...In my opinion, there a few factors which sets it above the rest and those are;1) the 3 min sections are the perfect amount of time, long enough to kill you but long enough for you to get out of breath and work up a sweat.2) there are no complicated moves.3) it works out every section of your body.4) there are breaks in between sections which allow you to get your breath back which then allows you to work hard again in the next section = fat burning.I love it, the reviews on here speak for themselves. Go for it! :0)
