Very sturdy backplate. Reliable and extremely easy to set up. I leave it on my battery at all times now for ease of use and run 'n gun shoots where I need to set up quickly. Sturdy and durable design.

Solid construction, fits perfectly with my cage and rods. The locking mechanism is sturdy, and it keeps everything aligned and secure. A must-have for any rig build.

Great bang for the buck! The release button is a little stiff at times, you really have to push the battery down hard. It doesn’t really make a *click* into place, so it can fall off at times if you don’t smash it into place. But sometimes that’s just the batteries fault. Other than that, great piece of gear to add to your rig, love the versatility.

I was thinking of spending more than 2x as much to have one of the plates that can either flip back or slide back, but opted to save the cash and have it on the rails (which allows to slide it around). It also can be mounted vertical or laying down so it does the job. Comes with multiple screws for mounting, and it’s very quick to attach the rod mount to the plate. Seems durable and strong. The best thing is that I actually use K&F V Mount batteries, they’re cheaper and have 2 USB-C ports instead of one. And it clipped right on, and had no wiggle (or minimal), meaning you won’t bump it against you and accidentally disengage it. It’s the perfect size, good weight, and aesthetically looks good.

Not much to say except this mount plate does exactly what it should. It meets all expectations and feels super solid. I really like the flexibility it offers. Being able to mount accessories or whatever else you need thanks to the threads on the back of the V mount is a big plus. Speaking of the V mount, the clutch is super snappy which is great because it keeps your battery locked in tight. I gave it a good shake test and it stayed completely secure. Check out my video if you want to see that in action. Anyway, I definitely recommend it. It’s a solid piece of gear and a great addition to any setup.

I'm putting a camera cage and shoulder rig together. I need more than one of these plates, but I only purchased one to check the quality. I find it to be of very good quality and I will be ordering another plate shortly.
