where do you buy the paper to fit in this?

just do a search for A6 paper refills or at this link which has the paper, binder pockets, and binder dividers https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07VXMKK86?psc=1

Has any one used these to organize cross stitch floss?

It will only accommodate about two inches of materials inside and still close the magnetic buckle. Since the floss is rather thick, I'm not sure this is your best option.

Love this little notebook. The material is as soft as leather, the color a beautiful lemon. Very well made, great for organizing our trip to Alaska and PNW. The two pen holders are a bonus and the magnetic closure securely holds it closed. Perfect size!
